su - run a shell or command as another

- Pass a single command to the shell with -c.

- Specify the primary group

- Specify a supplemental group

- Show a help message.

- Make the shell a login shell

- Do not reset environment variables

--pty
- Create a new pseudo-terminal when running the shell.

--whitelist-environment=list
- Do not reset the environment variables specified by the list.
Multiple variables can be separated by commas.

- Run shell if /etc/shells allows running as
that shell instead of the default shell for the user.

--version
- Show the program version.
